Role summary
What are the key objectives and expectations from this role?
Use IWS Quality pillar as a key enabler to build multi category capabilities across Quality function globally, fostering capability build at both global and local levels. Own the deployment of training plans and programmes across the Quality organization.
Accountabilities
1. Drive capability build across the Quality organization to enable a future fit talent pipeline.
2. Drive IWS Quality Pillar to drive capability build across the quality organization focusing on Multi category environment.
3. Develop and deploy skill matrix as per the Category led Quality organization design.
4. Drive the utilization of step-up cards to enable qualification of team members at all levels.
5. Provide support to the Global Category Quality teams to identify must win trainings across the entire Quality organisation.
6. Support and handle Global Ownership of Qualification process in Quality organization.
7. Deploy and supervise Global Quality Training Plan.
8. Collaborate with other functions/sub functions to develop the training content reflecting the future business priorities.
Experience, skills, knowledge
ESSENTIAL
Experience Required
1. Experience in working across multiple functions and projects with knowledge of training methodologies.
2. Experience of working in an FMCG company in Operations/Quality.
3. Understanding of consumer-centric quality management principles in a multi category environment.
4. Experience of contributing to continuous improvement practices with the ability to manage sophisticated issues and work independently.
5. Excellent communication, influencing, and social skills.
6. Effective engagement skills with the ability to influence partners.
Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required
1. Ability to work in a multi geographical environment.
2. Excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
3. Good knowledge of Training and capability build tools.
Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required
1. A Degree or equivalent experience in Applied Science, Industrial, Food Technology, or Engineering management related fields is required.
