History Teacher – Farnborough Location: Farnborough Start Date: March 2025 ⏳ Contract: Full-Time, Supply (Until the End of the Academic Year) A secondary school in Farnborough is seeking a passionate History Teacher to join their team from March until the end of the academic year. This full-time supply role involves delivering History lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, helping students develop an understanding of historical events, critical thinking skills, and a curiosity about the past. The Role: Teach History across KS3 & KS4, following the national curriculum. Plan and deliver engaging lessons that explore different historical periods, themes, and concepts. Encourage students to develop analytical skills, debate historical perspectives, and evaluate sources. Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support. Work collaboratively with the Humanities department to maintain high standards of teaching and learning. Support students in coursework and exam preparation, ensuring they achieve their full potential.
