What skills and experience we're looking for
We are now recruiting for an On-Site Provision Assistant to support our students within the Alternative Provision Unit on our Campus. The Unit is to support students who find the school system challenging, including those anxiety-based school refusers and / or those who struggle to regulate emotions and behaviour within the school. The successful candidate will have experience working with students and an understanding of young peoples’ social, emotional and educational development needs.
They will demonstrate a patient, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach and have the ability to form positive relationships to support students with their challenging behaviour and learning needs.
