YOLO Recruitment is currently looking for a Warranty Administrator / Warranty Clerk to join their Client in Kent. You will be dealing with all claims & warranty for the company.
Key Responsibilities for the Warranty Administrator / Warranty Clerk role:
• Check and validate warranty claims submitted
• Invoice repair orders accurately to ensure prompt payment processing
• Manage warranty and service invoicing with efficiency and accuracy
• Handle various administrative duties associated with the service process
• Review and address rejected warranty claims
Desired Skills for this Warranty Administrator / Warranty Clerk :
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Warranty Administrator
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with both colleagues and customers
• A reliable, proactive, and hardworking approach to work
Hours for this Warranty Administrator / Warranty Clerk role are Monday – Friday 8.00 – 5.30.
