About the practice:
The DAA practice represents a growing capability within Eviden and currently comprises a talented team of analysts, developers, consultants and architects covering all aspects of the information management lifecycle; from data management through to business intelligence and analytics. The practice is technology agnostic and has capability across a range of technologies, including products from SAP, IBM, Microsoft, Tableau and Qliktech.
Responsibilities:
* Input into or sole definition of Visualisation Business Models
* Design of BI visualisations using wireframes
* Development of visualisations in multiple tools
* Review of colleague’s work
* Involvement in pre-sales and bid efforts to define, document and explain BI data management solutions and responses to questions
* Acting as design authority for small BI Data Management application projects
* Team lead for teams of BI Developers (and possibly other members of the project team) to support the above work
* Client facing role working through requirements gathering to deliver the visualisations
* Definition and estimation of the effort to deliver the visualisations
Minimum Requirements:
Significant and demonstrable experience in the use of at least 2 leading BI tools across multiple projects, including Power BI. Demonstrable experience in leading teams of developers. In-depth knowledge of modelling in those tools. Demonstrate experience across a range of relational and database technology, including Oracle and SQL Server and data lakes.
Must be able to demonstrate good analytical skills and a logical approach to problem solving. Pragmatic and detail orientated. Excellent organisational and co-ordination skills. Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing.
