The Temporary Accounts Payable Officer’s key responsibilities will include: Managing a busy inbox, clearing backlog, and processing invoices with PO matching. Handling payment runs and ensuring accurate financial data recording. Assisting with month-end processes and maintaining system accuracy. Resolving supplier queries, reconciling statements, and liaising with internal teams. The successful Temporary Accounts Payable will: Have experience in Accounts Payable with hands-on knowledge of PO systems and payment runs. Be a quick learner with strong problem-solving skills and adaptability. Be proficient in supplier statement reconciliation and financial data accuracy.
