About the role
This is an exciting new opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the community by promoting and delivering physical activity initiatives. The successful candidate will lead and coordinate engaging physical activity opportunities for Colchester Borough Homes customers, enhancing well-being and community involvement.
About you
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about inspiring others to stay active. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, with the ability to plan, coordinate, and manage multiple physical activities effectively.
Excellent communication skills are essential, as this role requires working closely with customers, partners, and stakeholders to develop initiatives that remove barriers and encourage participation. Creative problem-solving and the ability to build positive relationships will be key to success in this role.
