About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Digital Experience Optimisation Specialist to join our team at Equator. As a key member of our Insights department, you will play a vital role in enhancing the digital experience for our clients' customers.
Main Responsibilities
* Analyse large datasets using analytics platforms like Google Analytics (GA4), Adobe Analytics, and Optimizely to extract meaningful insights
* Develop and execute a data-led CRO strategy to drive conversion uplift and improve funnel conversion rates, revenue, and other key metrics
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, develop, and execute CRO initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and objectives
* Design and implement experiments using A/B and MVT statistical testing, and analyse results to inform future optimisation strategies
* Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and objectives, and develop tailored CRO solutions to meet their requirements
Requirements
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract insights from complex data sets
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients
* Proven experience in CRO, with a solid understanding of user experience principles and practices
* Knowledge of web tracking, A/B and MVT testing, and personalisation tools like Optimizely
* Familiarity with design tools like Figma, and a basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
