Job Description
Senior Planner - Oxfordshire
Responsibilities:
* Lead the development of the baseline contract programme, covering design, procurement, construction, and handover, ensuring a logic-linked critical path.
* Prepare a construction (target) programme, identifying improvements from the contract programme and coordinating procurement timelines.
* Manage programme documentation using a common data environment (CDE) and provide necessary programme information to the management team.
* Develop 4D graphical models or 2D phasing plans to represent the sequence of build and logistics, and engage with the supply chain for input on design, lead-in, and labour needs.
* Assess risks and opportunities in all programmes, including mitigation measures and time allowances.
Responsibilities
* Relevant Degree or diploma
* Qualifications in construction management
* Certification for use of planning and programme software
* Membership of relevant professional body, where applicable
* Advanced Asta Power project Training – Progress Analysis & S-curve reporting.
* Advanced Primavera P6 Training Managing costs & resources.
* Managing People Training
* Advanced contract awareness – Understanding JCT and NEC forms of contract
