About this Position
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to work across our Henkel Consumer Care Brands (Dylon, Colour Catcher, Bloo, Schwarzcopf Live, Oleo, got2b) across paid media, influencer marketing, organic social media, digital shelf and any other relevant digital marketing channels. This position is hybrid, in-office 3 days a week (flexible).
What you´ll do
* In alignment with Marketing and Digital lead, deliver best in class digital activation for our HCB Brands (across paid media, influencer marketing and any other relevant digital channel).
* Measure and optimise Digital Activation to ensure consistent improvements and ROI.
* Explore test & learn activities for different media ad formats, creative types, target audience groups and caption copy.
* Report and share monthly digital performance against KPIs.
* Create organic social calendar monthly including sourcing or creating content, writing copy and collating feedback.
* Deliver annual digital brand plan and projects on time and to budget.
* Support the Senior Digital Marketing Manager to deliver annual digital brand plan, budgeted revenue, as well as projects on time and to budget.
* Manage agency's and budgets in line with agreed budget.
What makes you a good fit
* Minimum 5 years experience in digital marketing.
* Proven experience of building successful Digital Marketing Campaigns.
* Strong experience of data analytics, such as Adobe Analytics.
* Experience of managing and working with internal and external stakeholders.
* Ability to build, as well as manage, large-scale digital marketing campaigns.
* A motivated self-starter with the ability to work effectively autonomously, as well as in a team.
* Excellent presentation and project management skills.
* Proactive, highly motivated, and passionate about digital marketing.
* Strong analysing and reporting skills.
* Line management.
* Understanding or experience of platforms like Data Impact, Brandbank and DAM, PIM, Syndigo would be beneficial.
