Express Recruitment is working with a respectable educational organisation that provides professional academic and clinical training courses for Psychotherapy and Counselling. Due to continued success and a recent office move, our client is seeking a Qualified Course Leader (accredited as a psychotherapist within the UKCP) to deliver an Experiential Psychotherapy programme to their students.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in partnership with a reputable university, collaborating with facilitators from diverse backgrounds and shaping the next generation of Psychotherapists!
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a team of staff responsible for delivering courses
* Oversee the development of curriculums and implement processes for improvements
* Create training and compliance packs for new facilitators
* Ensure relevant criteria is met during marking and assessments
* Produce and co-ordinate timetables and review the structure of programmes
Skills & Experience:
* Must hold a relevant qualification / be accredited as a Psychotherapist within the UKCP
* Previous Leadership and Management experience within a similar setting
* Demonstrable ability to implement processes following best practice
* Knowledge of UKCP Child Psychotherapeutic Counselling Standards of Education and Training legislation
* Ability to meet strict timescale deadlines
Vacancy Summary:
Hours: Monday – Friday, 28 hours per week (flexible)
