Payroll Customer Service Representative
MUST HAVE PAYROLL EXPERIENCE
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 6 PM (Monday and Friday are our busiest days)
Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Payroll Customer Service Representative to join a team in Manchester. This is a remote position that offers a competitive salary of GBP25,000 per annum. As a key member of our payroll team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients' payroll processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing inquiries and resolving payroll-related issues.
* Onboard and register new employees, ensuring accurate and timely completion of all necessary documentation.
* Assist in the processing of payroll, including calculating wages, deductions, and benefits.
* Respond to payroll queries from employees and clients via phone, email, and chat.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payroll regulations and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
* Support the team in maintaining accurate payroll records and reports.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a payroll.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and payroll software.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
