Chef de Partie required to join the team at this superb privately owned country pub and award winning restaurant in South West Oxfordshire
Working for a Michelin trained head chef and his Team standards are high but not overly complicated serving 20 – 30 covers for Lunch and 30 – 40 for Dinner
The Head Chef is happy to train somebody up but some previous experience of cooking with fresh ingredients is essential, but mostly the good attitude from somebody looking to take their cooking skills to the next level
Location
Applicants will ideally need to live in the Buckland, Faringdon, Highworth, Lechlade-on-Thames Abingdon or possibly Swindon area with their own transport
Benefits
Base Salary of upto £28,000 depending upon experience
Generous Staff Tips approx. £4000 - £5000
