Day-to-day of the role: Prepare and cook high-quality dishes, ensuring each plate leaves the kitchen meeting our high standards. Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain a smooth service during busy periods. Manage kitchen stock and place orders as necessary, ensuring ingredients are fresh and of high quality. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen according to health and safety regulations. Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests. Contribute to menu development with innovative recipes. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum of 3-4 years experience as a chef. Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with experience working in a supportive team. Knowledge of the latest food trends and cooking techniques.
