We’re hiring a part-time Managing Agent and Leasehold Coordinator to join our team. This is a permanent position working 18.5 hours per week. We offer a flexible approach to working between home and either the Portsmouth or Basingstoke office, with a minimum of 20% (per week) of this to be office-based to promote collaboration and teamwork.

Role responsibilities:
As Managing Agent and Leasehold Coordinator, you will manage systems and data on Managing Agent Agreements, Invoices, and Leases to maximize income for VIVID. This includes managing data for agreements, Ground Rent Collection, and issuing correct demands from Managing Agents, aiding customer queries handled by the Leasehold and Service Charge Officers.
You will provide high-quality customer service to leaseholders and shared ownership customers, assist with lease management by locating leases and agreements, and ensure accurate record-keeping on managing agent information and agreements.
You will collaborate with the Finance Rents and Service Charges team to ensure accurate charges, including handling communal utility queries. Additionally, you will produce monthly performance data and stats for effective team monitoring.
Candidate requirements:
Understanding of service charge and leasehold management, and experience delivering high standards of customer service in a busy environment. Knowledge of housing associations and the wider housing sector is essential. While holding a TPI or similar qualification in the Property Industry, housing, customer service, or similar is preferred, it is not mandatory. You should be able to prioritize tasks, organize workloads, and possess competent IT skills, including setting up new systems and processes.
This role requires a DBS check. Interviews are scheduled for the week commencing 12 May.
