Role Overview To support the successful operation of RLB’s National Frameworks in assisting the framework leadership team and business units to provide high levels of customer service in line with a consistent management approach. Role Responsibilities: Support the framework leadership team and business units to provide a high quality, proactive, professional and consistent level of engagement and management to the National Frameworks Manage and monitor the RLB central framework inbox dealing with framework related enquiries, project opportunities, invoicing Management of the National Framework portals - responsible for accurate data collation, management of ‘in platform’ data/info and reporting, liaison with regional teams to provide a consistent approach and service Regular creation and presentation of trends and key performance data for National Frameworks Liaison with internal and external National Framework personnel Ownership of MI (management information) returns and levy payment Monitoring and populating Microsoft Dynamics 365 to ensure accurate and robust data collection in order to review and inform performance of the National Frameworks Signpost colleagues to relevant information as required to support work winning through the current frameworks Updating and maintenance of the Framework Finder app Ownership of Framework Contractual Compliance Updating and maintenance of the Framework Teams and Sharepoint Sites Support to Framework Account Leads ensuring account plans are kept up to date and actions completed Work with Framework Leadership Team to identify potential areas for continual improvement Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will demonstrate: Good verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail Ability to operate independently but work as part of a wider national team An affinity for data collection, accuracy and interpretation IT literate (MS Office inc., Word, Excel, Powerpoint) Sharepoint and Dynamics 365 experience desirable Problem solver – looking for solutions and proposing improvements Self-motivated, proactive and trustworthy professional Knowledge of public sector frameworks is desirable but not essential Experience of working in a working winning/preconstruction team or framework department advantageous Methodical and organised approach to duties RLB Employee Benefits Our culture is built around enabling you to fulfil your potential, so you can look forward to benefits that include: Hybrid Working - Working patterns to support your work-life balance.
