Our client, a super friendly, award-winning social media agency based in London, are now looking for a Senior Account Manager to work across some of their B2C clients.
Their team is a friendly mix of Creatives, Account Managers, Media Planners and Buyers - all with one goal: Creating work that wins people's time on social media, in the most exciting ways possible.
Senior Account Manager Role Overview:
They're looking for their next Senior Account Manager with a passion for Social Media to join their energetic team. They're looking for someone who has managed or been the account lead on an FMCG client, coupled with projects on clients across a diverse range of sectors.
As Senior Account Manager, You will:
* Be a Client Servicing Pro
* Be confident in Retainer and Project Management
* Be a stickler for Budget Tracking and Growing Accounts
* Be a confident Line Manager

* Be a Social Media expert
As Senior Account Manager, you will bring:
* 3+ years’ experience in a client-facing agency role managing social and digital campaigns for well-known brands.
* An understanding of best practice client servicing, from creating relationships to client management, expectation setting, communication and correspondence.
* Experience managing timelines, estimates, budgets, forecasts and invoices.
* Passion for, and knowledge of, all things social and digital marketing.
