Main duties of the job You will be responsible for: Delivering an acute services clinical strategy across the two trusts which is complementary to the developing strategy for the Bradford District and Craven Place and for the acute sector across WYAAT, working with key stakeholders, using skills of diplomacy, tact and performance management to foster collaboration and enhanced system working. Effective design and delivery of the associated programme and workstreams to develop and approve the strategy, with robust ownership and engagement from both trusts. Intelligence gathering, analysis and formulation of a robust evidence base for the clinical strategy. Working across a wide and diverse stakeholder group to build commitment to and consensus on the shared vision for the joint working programme and aligned areas of focus. Working with the two trusts to develop a prioritised delivery plan for the implementation of the strategy.
