About the Role You will work in partnership with an enthusiastic multi-agency team consisting of a Service Manager, Operational Manager, Deputy Team Manager, Administrative Officers, Social Work Practitioners, Youth Justice Officers, Police Officer, Probation Officer, School Nurse, Education Worker, Speech and Language Therapist and Prevention Service. We seek applicants with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, who have a friendly, patient and confident approach with colleagues, other professionals and members of the public, to join our supportive and professional team. You will be able to evidence that you have excellent IT and data inputting skills and have the ability to quickly learn new software and systems. We are looking for an excellent typist who can take accurate minutes at complex meetings. In addition to all these competencies, it is essential for you to be organised and flexible in your approach to meet the requirements of a busy team. You will have an informed and professional manner when dealing with other professionals and families, and process confidential and sensitive information in line with corporate and national guidelines.
