What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Collaborating with the Accounts team by preparing and managing invoices using Sage accounting software.
2. Responding to incoming calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner, providing essential information and support to clients and colleagues.
3. Becoming an expert using our system ‘Uptick’. This involves coordinating with engineers and clients to schedule appointments, keeping detailed records of each call, and ensuring timely service delivery.
4. Assisting with day-to-day office tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and maintaining office supplies. Providing general support to other departments as needed to ensure smooth office operations.
