* Enter bookings into the system and manage the process from start to finish.
* Ensure bookings are accurately planned and executed, promptly addressing any issues with customers.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and updates.
* Provide timely feedback and issue resolution to maintain strong customer relationships.
* Prepare and deliver key performance indicator (KPI) reports to customers to ensure service standards are met.
* Perform administrative tasks related to bookings and operational support.
* Provide accurate and competitive quotes for customer requests.
Customer Service Coordinator - Job Requirements
* Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
* Excellent communication skills with a strong customer-focused mindset.
* Prior experience in logistics, container operations, and customer service is desirable.
* Proficient in general administrative tasks and comfortable working with booking systems (training provided).
Customer Service Coordinator - Job Remunerations
* Monday - Friday 7:00 - 17:00 and 7:30 - 17:30 on a weekly rotation.
* Salary 30,000 - 35,000
* Annual bonus (discretionary).
* 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays on top from day 1.
