Job Title: Customer Service Specialist Salary: £25,300 Location: Southampton Are you an experienced Customer Service Specialist who is passionate about providing an excellent service? Customer Service Role Overview: Working for a fantastic business based in Southampton, you will be part of a team of Product Specialists responsible for handling all customer enquiries. You will undergo 2-3 weeks of training to aid you in offering the best service possible. There will be 1 late shift a week, working 1pm – 9pm and 1 in 4 weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday) with two weekdays off the following week.
