We’re looking for a Change and TUPE Specialist to drive people-focused transformation across UK business. You’ll lead TUPE processes from due diligence to integration, ensuring compliance and a seamless employee experience. Partnering with business leaders, you’ll provide expert guidance on restructuring, change management, and organisation design, influencing key decisions and mitigating risks.
This role requires strong stakeholder management, employment law knowledge, and commercial acumen to ensure change initiatives align with business goals. You’ll also support HR projects, use data insights to inform decisions, and champion best practices in people change.
