We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of the UK’s leading providers of behavioural care and specialist support services for a Charge Nurse to join the team within 52 bedded acute mental health hospital near Nottingham comprising of two adult acute wards and 2 Psychiatric Intensive Care Units The hospital has recently been awarded a CQC rating of "good" The role of a Charge Nurse is to lead by example and be a role model for the nursing team. We are looking for an individual who is able to support junior staff in their professional development, through excellent and effective clinical leadership, mentoring, teaching and sharing of knowledge and practice.
