YOUR ROLE
The Digital Marketing MDE will lead an exciting and critically important strategic initiative for Capgemini Financial Services. If you relish working and engaging with great brands in Financial Services and aiding the Financial Services CMOs with their growth agenda we want to meet you! Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate the Digital marketing business across our Financial Service customers in Continental Europe and drive revenue growth.
* Create / identify and shape deals proactively working with accounts and clients.
* Build CMO relationships working closely with the account teams.
* Identify and target key decision-makers within marketing departments of Financial Services firms.
* Leverage your expertise in digital marketing to articulate the value proposition of our solutions effectively.
* Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their specific marketing challenges and objectives.
* Create customized solutions across strategy technology data and operations to address client needs and drive business outcomes.
YOUR PROFILE
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.
* Minimum of 15 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Martech Consulting and Strategy.
* Candidates should be fluent in French.
* Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets in a competitive environment.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices.
* Ability to engage in consultative and solution-oriented selling.
* Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level stakeholders.
* Self-motivated results-driven and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
