We’re now seeking a motivated Junior Business Data Analyst to join our team, focusing on marketplace data to optimize our sales strategy across international platforms.
Your Role:
* Marketplace Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse sales and key performance indicators (KPIs) across various marketplaces to identify growth opportunities, targeting platforms like Amazon and eBay.
* Data-Driven Strategy Development: Provide actionable insights by analysing data, tracking high-performing products, competitor performance, and suggesting changes to boost listing visibility and conversion rates.
* Sales Reporting & Trend Analysis: Generate reports on sales performance, marketplace trends, and customer behavior to guide pricing, promotions, and inventory planning.
* Data Collection & Process Optimisation: Collaborate with e-commerce and marketing teams to refine data collection, streamline reporting, and improve process accuracy.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex data findings into impactful, goal-oriented insights.
* Proactive Problem Solving: Show resilience and a proactive approach when addressing shifts in marketplace dynamics.
* PPC and Amazon Ads Optimisation: Manage and optimize PPC campaigns on Amazon and other platforms, enhancing ad spend, targeting, and keywords to maximize ROI.
Skills We Love:
* E-commerce and Marketplace Knowledge: Understanding of online marketplaces (Amazon, eBay) and marketplace KPI strategies (desirable, but not essential).

Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, with flexible start times between 8:00am and 9:30am and finish times between 4:00pm and 5:30pm (37.5 hours per week).
This position is based at our modern offices near Sheriff Hutton (YO60), so having your own transport is essential.
