About the Role:
The Project Coordinator is a reactive role within an expanding family run company.
The main purpose of the Project Coordinator is to support contracts managers in delivering projects, you will be involved in all phases of projects including a broad range of tasks.
This role is dynamic, with the potential for further training and responsibility.
Responsibilities & Duties:
1. To perform administrative tasks to ensure each phase of project is delivered on time to the customers satisfaction
2. To be able to be self-motivated and manage your own time to meet deadlines. The role is office based; you may have to work alone on occasion
3. To follow business processes and work as part of the team to achieve business targets
4. Day to Day administration of Jobs
5. To ensure each job has the relevant project information recorded both electronically & in project file.
6. To collate & supply job reports upon the customer's request
7. To ensure all relevant H&S paperwork is issued
