2. Support the Ops Director and Workshop Manager in managing the process of manufacturing.
3. Take on CI projects to analyse possible improvement opportunities within production processes.

What we are looking for:
1. Mechanical Engineering qualifications.
2. Experience in using 3D CAD packages for drawings.
3. Commercial mindset.
4. The ability to control and coordinate production in a busy manufacturing environment.
This is an exciting time to be joining a business where you will have the opportunity to work in a newly created role, dealing with key stakeholders ensuring production is running smoothly and the process of manufacturing is being adhered to.
