The Best Connection Birmingham is recruiting on behalf of a reputable company for an experienced Warehouse Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team with a competitive salary and excellent working hours. The vacancy is ongoing with an opportunity to become permanent following a successful trial period.
Key Responsibilities-:
* Manage and oversee the goods in process, including checking deliveries and ensuring that stock is stored appropriately.
* Update and maintain accurate stock records within the SAP system and Excel.
* Ensure regular facility checks are carried out to maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
* Liaise with internal teams and suppliers to resolve any issues regarding stock deliveries or discrepancies.
* Provide excellent customer service and communication both internally and externally.
* Assist with inventory management and stock rotation as needed.
Requirements-:
* Good communication and customer service skills.
* Strong proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
* Previous experience in warehouse administration or a similar role is an advantage.
* Ability to maintain attention to detail and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently.
* A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to the team.
Pay-:
* £12.26ph
Working Hours-:
* Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm
