Job Title: IT Support Specialist
Estimated Salary: £30,721 - £31,352 per annum.
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing and managing ICT support for approximately 170 users and IT infrastructure across multiple sites. Your key functions will include:
* Managing virtual and physical servers, PCs, and printers.
* Administering MPLS WAN, VPN, and LAN networks.
* Troubleshooting Line of Business Applications.
In addition to your technical skills, you will also be expected to research and propose new ICT solutions, develop user documentation for IT systems, and prepare progress reports for senior staff. If you have a minimum of 2 A Levels + 5 GCSEs (including English and Maths) or equivalent qualifications, at least 3 years of relevant technical experience, and proficient in Microsoft Office applications, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support to IT Project Manager/Senior Managers.
* Manage ITIL compliant helpdesk.
* Troubleshoot networks, systems, and applications.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience in ICT support and troubleshooting.
* Experience with building, deploying, and patching computers.
* Experience with various systems (OS & Apps).
