Monday to Friday
Duties
1. Dealing with queries raised by clients, solicitors, lenders, and estate agents, whether face to face, by telephone, or by email.
2. Producing letters, correspondence, and documents.
3. Carrying out searches online.
4. Preparing quotes to clients and drafting completion statements.
5. Using the land registry portal to order official copies, leases, and title plans.
6. Providing administrative support (including photocopying and scanning).
Ideal Candidate
1. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
2. Good computer literacy including working knowledge of case management software.
3. Excellent organisational and time management skills.
4. An understanding of the conveyancing process.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday
