The hours are not negotiable due to the nature of the role and business.
Job role / duties
•Act as the first point of contact for clients and engineers
•Manage the daily activity report, record, and consult with the site manager by telephone/email and forward on reports
•Check and authorise invoices
•Deal with day-to-day calls and queries
•Organise the engineers diaries on a daily basis
•Stock control including check in deliveries
•Data entry
•Assist the Office Manager with other administration tasks
To be considered for this role you MUST:
•Have proven attention to detail
•Be highly organised
•Possess excellent verbal & written communication skills
•Have strong MS Office ability
•Be good with UK Geography
