Digital Marketing Manager
Based at Classic Lodges Head Office in Chorley.
Salary is negotiable.
33 Days annual Leave + Other benefits.
Responsibilities:
1. Digital Marketing Strategy: Design and deliver a strategic Digital Marketing plan for the group, recognizing that each hotel is different and building viewer engagement.
2. Campaign Planning & Management: Design and deliver clear digital marketing campaigns to support hotel need periods and maximize market opportunities utilizing all electronic mediums.
3. Social Media Management: Achieve 70k engaged followers per hotel.
4. Wider Representation: Work both independently and with partners to drive representation from influencers and third-party representatives.
5. Collateral: Create social and internal collateral using systems including Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite tools, being creative and a brand representative.
6. Copywriting: Write engaging copy for our websites, social ads, and email marketing campaigns targeting our demographic audience.
7. Reporting & Analysis: Report back and effectively communicate Marketing & Digital strategic insight to internal and external stakeholder audiences.
8. F&B Specialist Marketing: Design and oversee a programme of F&B marketing initiatives alongside third-party suppliers to deliver bookings and visibility for hotel F&B outlets.
9. Photography & Videography: Take instant photography that represents our individual brands, and organize and manage video and still photography shoots within set timeframes.
10. Project Management: Run a variety of simultaneous projects across hotels to drive commercial delivery, including F&B/branding projects, system improvements, and commercial strategies for the hotels.
