Referrals Manager – Specialist Education
Location: North West (Working across 3-4 schools)

I am collaborating with a highly regarded Specialist Education and Children’s Care provider, seeking to recruit a dedicated Referrals Manager to join the Specialist Education Team, focusing primarily on schools for Children with Autism and SEMH needs. Reporting directly to the Strategic Partnerships Director, you will manage referrals and placements across 3-4 schools, working closely with Head Teachers and various Local Authorities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage referrals across multiple schools, ensuring timely and effective placements for students.
* Collaborate with Head Teachers, Local Authorities, and other key stakeholders to optimise referral and placement processes.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, ensuring the best outcomes for students.
* Utilise PipeDrive to track and manage referrals efficiently.
* Work with a focus on supporting children with Autism and SEMH needs, ensuring placements are suitable for each student's specific needs.
* Contribute to the growth and strategic vision of the organisation, supporting new initiatives and process improvements.
Requirements:
* Experience in Referrals within SEN/Children’s Services – Essential
* Background in working with young people with SEN
* We are looking for someone confident, independent and proactive
* To be successful you must be a strong communicator, with excellent organisation skills and the ability to liaise effectively across multiple schools and with various stakeholders
* Experience with PipeDrive is desirable
