They are looking for a professional senior recruitment consultant who enjoys working in a consultative, professional manner, with strong sales and service-based skills. The Role · Developing a profitable desk through continuous business development, ensuring customer requirements are met timely and efficiently. · Interviewing candidates to correctly determine their requirements. · Networking and generating new candidates to fulfil client requirements. · Developing long-lasting relationships with candidates and clients alike. · Negotiating terms and SLA’s with clients.
