Our client is seeking an energetic and dedicated Accounts Assistant to join their Accounting & Finance Department. This role is critical to maintaining and improving the businesses financial operations. Client Details Our client is a well-established, large organisation Based in Newbury, who pride themselves in providing innovative solutions and sustainable practices. Description Cashbook reconciliation for multiple bank accounts and balance sheet reconciliations using Excel spreadsheets Processing and coding credit card transactions and personal expense claims Maintaining fixed asset register Raising manual invoices Making payments Processing journals Monthly Intrastat and EC Sales, Accounting for accruals and prepayments, Set up new supplier accounts and maintain existing account details within the purchase ledger Liaising with credit controller Assisting with preparation for year end Ad hoc accounts payable queries as required.
