If you are looking to join a dedicated team in a school that will welcome your ideas and re-engage our young people, we would like to hear from you.
As Deputy, you will promote a relentless focus on the quality of education and delivery of a broad, balanced and relevant curriculum that meets the needs of pupils and young people. A pupil's place at The Tower School will ensure improvements in behaviour, confidence and self-belief, which can then be transferred into appropriate and accelerated learning inside the classroom and beyond. At our school we offer a flexible, personalised, engaging skills-based curriculum providing both choice and challenge focussed on developing emotional literacy, core subject knowledge and offering a wide range of accredited outcomes.
The successful applicant will have responsibility for acting as DSL and overseeing all Inclusion support, as well as assisting the HT with strategic direction of the school.
We are looking to hear from experienced or rising Senior Leaders with experience of inspiring multi-disciplinary teams to deliver outstanding learning for pupils and young people with special education needs.
We are looking for someone who knows how to bring a creative and innovative approach to improving performance and support for our pupils and their families. An excellent communicator, you will act as an ambassador for The Tower School and will have demonstrable experience of working in partnership with parents, commissioners, local authorities and other stakeholders.
