This is a full-time position reporting directly into the General Manager. Our Sales and Retention Managers are responsible for supporting the management team in the successful operation of the gym, with a focus on driving new member sales, maximizing retention, and overall growth of the member base through various strategies both inside and outside of the gym.

Job Responsibilities
* Represent Everlast Gyms as a fitness ambassador
* Demonstrate and uphold our elevated ways of working
* Lead by example in sales processes and support team training to improve performance
* Focus on increasing new member sign-ups and retaining existing members
* Manage activity planners for the gym, ensuring thorough planning and execution
* Implement strategies to generate leads internally and externally
* Monitor dashboards and KPIs, sharing insights with the team
* Drive revenue across all lines, including memberships and products
* Prepare and present monthly sales reports to management
* Build relationships with local businesses for partnerships
* Develop and promote #WeMoveBusinesses memberships
* Lead on reception and gym floor to enhance member experience
* Support national initiatives like #WorkoutWednesday & #WeCommunicate
* Provide constructive feedback to team members regularly
