Role and Responsibilities Develop and own the overall marketing strategy across email, social, paid media, influencer, partnerships, community and events, aligning this with the business goals and brand vision Lead, manage and develop a team of 5 direct reports and freelancers, building and growing the team to support future growth plans Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective and ROI-driven marketing campaigns Oversee the planning and execution of the marketing plan and activations calendar Develop a clear understanding of our customer profiles to ensure all activity is tailored to meet their needs Oversee content creation that drives engagement, storytelling, and enhances our brand identity Measure the performance and impact of marketing activity and customer behavior to improve marketing effectiveness and communicating performance to Founders and wider teams Maintain knowledge of new and emerging marketing technologies and be a driving force for AI driven tools to improve marketing efficiencies and adapt/implement as necessary Develop marketing initiatives to increase loyalty, LTV, and customer satisfaction Stay ahead of industry, fashion, and digital trends to engage customers and drive innovation Skills and Experience Relevant experience in a marketing management role within fashion, luxury, beauty or lifestyle brands Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and KPIs Proven success leading campaigns that drove brand awareness and growth Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager, Shopify, or similar platforms. Exceptional project management and communication skills Creative thinker with a customer-first mindset and eye for aesthetics. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
