What you’ll be doing:
•Professionally managing and responding to high-level emails confidentially.
•Organising appointments, coordinating schedules, and booking travel.
•Able to learn how to handle invoicing, accounting, and expense tracking.
•Proofreading documents for accuracy and clarity.
•Writing and editing copy, including LinkedIn posts, to align with the company’s voice.
•Making phone calls and liaising with stakeholders across time zones
•Using a variety of software, including Google Workspace and Google Sheets, to keep everything organised.
Who we’re looking for:
•You are a degree holder in a humanities based field.
•You have previous experience with writing copy, working in a team and managing large scale events or projects (this can include experiences from university / college).
•You are able to accommodate a flexible working pattern and shifting working hours, including occasionally working on weekends if required, and across multiple time zones.
•You have native level proficiency with the English language. You are comfortable using American English.
Salary information:
The starting salary is £25K p/a, which will increase to £30k p/a after a six month trial period. We are looking for someone willing to commit to the role long-term, and take-on increasing levels of responsibility, with commensurate salary increases in the second year of employment.
Additional information:
The job is fully remote, however we occasionally have mandatory full-team days in the UK (mainly Oxford and London).
