The role
As a CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural) Package Manager on a large-scale data centre construction project, you will oversee and manage the execution of all CSA packages to ensure successful project delivery. This role involves coordinating with various teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure work is performed according to specifications, on schedule, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of all CSA work packages, including groundworks, steel frame, and architectural finishes.
* Manage on-site CSA activities and monitor progress to ensure alignment with project timelines and standards.
* Work closely with subcontractors, providing technical guidance and resolving any on-site issues.
* Conduct quality control checks and ensure that all work meets the required safety and regulatory standards.
* Coordinate with the Senior Project Manager and other discipline leads to ensure a seamless workflow and integration with other project areas.
* Track project costs for the CSA package, report on budget status, and manage any cost variances.
* Attend progress and coordination meetings, and provide regular updates on CSA package status.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a CSA Package Manager role, ideally within large-scale data centre or industrial construction projects.
* Strong background in civil, structural, and architectural work, with specific experience in steel framing and groundworks.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
* Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in construction.
