Job summary We are looking for experienced nurses to join our team as a Sister/Charge Nurse to join our team on Templar Ward. At Newton Abbot we ensure that nursing staff available throughout the 24hr period, ensuring high standards of care and safety are maintained at all times and to provide visible leadership. You will also be working collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure seamless care and discharge planning is provided and will be excellent communicator and role model to ensure you can lead both the ward, team and the community hospital team in the absence of the Ward Manger or Matron.
