We are looking for Deputy Store Managers to join our new Boucher Road, Belfast store, opening September 2024. Please be aware although you are applying to work in our new Boucher Road store, your training will take place in our neighbouring Lidl stores until opening.
What you'll do
1. Support the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of your store
2. Target-driven approach to KPIs
3. Manage, motivate, and develop the store team
4. Maintain excellent shop floor presentation
5. Ensure adequate stock levels are always maintained
6. Consistently deliver excellent customer service
What you'll need
7. To have completed your A Levels or equivalent
8. Minimum of 2 years management experience in a fast-paced environment
9. Full driving licence
10. A passion for working in a fast-paced, varied environment, hitting targets and meeting deadlines
11. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
12. The flexibility to work varying shift patterns
13. Preferably, previous experience working as an Assistant Store Manager, but this is not essential provided you have the right attitude

Through our salary system, we ensure pay equality across all positions at Lidl
• £28,000 rising to £37,000 after 3 years
• 29 days holidays per annum rising to 34 days after 2 years (pro rata, including Bank Holidays)
