Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage reception area and look after visitors
* Ensure meeting rooms are prepared and well-maintained
* Handle incoming and outgoing post
* Assist with office facilities and maintenance issues
* Assist with health and safety compliance
* Organise and manage office supplies
* Support the wider Secretarial & Business Support team as required
The Successful Applicant
A successful Reception & Facilities Team Member should have:
* A high level of organisational skills
* A positive and professional demeanour
* Ability to handle a busy and varied workload
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
* Experience in a similar role within the Not For Profit industry is beneficial
