Sales Advisor
We’re currently looking for full time or part time Sales Advisor. Whether you’re looking for your first step-up into retail sales, or have experience which you want to build upon, we have a space for you.
Our Sales Advisors are at the heart of what we do; they live and breathe our core values and strive to make anything possible for our customers. We want you to lead by example and share your skills with other members of the team while also being willing to learn from your colleagues.
About the Role
You’ll be responsible for providing personal customer service, demonstrating exceptional product knowledge, and building quality customer relationships to achieve business goals while being an ambassador for the values of our brand.
With the most iconic professional hair care brands under one roof, our sales advisors are experts in guiding our customers through the world of hair care and beauty, and their knowledge and passion are obvious. It’s a fast-paced, high footfall environment all under the bright lights of some of the most well-known and up-and-coming innovative products in the industry.
About You
You may or may not have experience within a retail environment; we can invest in your development to fill in some of the gaps and give you the tools needed to succeed. If you are passionate about people, professional haircare, and providing world-class customer service, you will thrive in going above and beyond to create moments of delight.
You will also:
1. Have great organisational skills to keep the shop floor running smoothly.
2. Train, coach, and mentor sales associates to enhance their product knowledge and sales techniques.
3. Have the ability to remain calm and measured even when under pressure.
4. Be resilient and adaptable to your customers, team, and environment, believing that anything is possible.
5. Be a problem solver, asking questions and listening effectively.
6. Be collaborative in your nature, and thrive as part of a team, building relationships with colleagues and customers alike.
7. Collaborate with the management team to set sales targets and contribute to overall business goals.
8. A genuine interest and passion for haircare.
Requirements & Skills:
1. Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership position is advantageous.
2. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
3. Proven experience in a sales role, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
5. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, a proactive approach to leadership, and the ability to inspire and drive a high-performing sales team.
6. Good time management skills.
