Provide effective management and maintenance of budgets and physical resources within your services About Pinetree Lodge Pinetree Lodge supports older adults with a diagnosis of dementia who, because of this organic brain disease, have behaviors that challenge which means they are unable to live in the wider community. Our team of experienced Registered Nurses & Support Workers led by Clinical Leads work closely to undertake assessments in order to provide person centered therapeutic interventions to minimize any risks associated with these behaviors. For our dementia care services, we believe passionately in providing good care to people with dementia and their families. We also believe that it is entirely possible for a person with dementia to live a good quality and meaningful life. With the right help, this is a reasonable expectation for anybody living with dementia. About The Role As the Service Manager, you will: Manage the needs of residents and their carers to ensure delivery (inclusive of all required resident records) meets all relevant quality standards and is person centred, outcomes focussed and protective of individual service users’ dignity are at the core of the way Everyturn delivers services. Manage a team to ensure the effective and efficient deployment of resources to achieve agreed outcomes and targets. Monitor spending on agreed budget and achieve efficiencies where necessary to support financial sustainability in your area. Manage the residence including all audits, standards and investigations, to ensure a high quality and consistent service is delivered to residents. Manage the community and outreach offering including all audits, standards and investigations, to ensure a high quality and consistent service is delivered to residents. Horizon scan to ensure high quality standards and ensure evidence based best practice is in place. About You NMC Level one registered Nurse (RMN, RGN, RNLD) Ability to hold CQC Registered Manager status Substantial experience of managing teams and associated HR processes Substantial experience of CQC and other governing bodies guidelines, assessments and requirements Substantial experience of meeting agreed performance targets Significant experience gained in a management role within a residential and/or community setting environment Substantial experience of working in a multidisciplined department with responsibility for managing projects and day-to-day activities Significant experience of managing budgets Significant experience of developing new processes / systems to improve working practice Significant experience gained working with those experiencing mental health related illness Demonstrable experience of complaints management Detailed understanding of controlled drugs Detailed understanding of residential properties Detailed understanding of community and outreach What We Offer In Return We are proud to have been recognised and certified as a Great Place to Work, which speaks volumes on how much we value our staff members.
