Business Development Manager – Caterham, Surrey
£40,000 - £45,000 plus commission plus performance related pay plus benefits
We are recruiting for a Business Development Manager to join a highly successful integrated creative agency who specialise in creative services, brand identity, responsive web design and social media campaigns.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a creative, digital B2B environment and you will be responsible for the development of new business and organic growth across existing accounts. Your focus will be generating new opportunities, lead generation and driving business in line with this marketing agency's strategy and offering.

Job Requirements
8. Articulate the value of the Agency to key decision makers, expertly navigating the sales cycle to secure new business opportunities.
9. Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and ensure accurate forecasting to drive business growth and meet targets.
10. Drive the closure of new business deals while effectively managing, retaining, and developing existing business.
11. Provide a consultative approach to develop tailored proposals to new business development.
12. Achieve annual sales targets and monthly quotas, providing regular sales forecasts and updates whilst actively attending internal sales meetings.
13. Identify opportunities for upselling services and effectively communicate market and sponsor feedback internally to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Essentials
14. Proven experience of relationship-based sales/solution selling.
15. Proven experience of achieving targets.
16. Proven experience of new business growth, as well as developing accounts.
17. Demonstrated ability to effectively manage own time and prioritise tasks autonomously.
18. Strong competency in using Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems.
Our client is looking for Business Development Manager who is comfortable pitching in a B2B arena particularly to marketing services and procurement and has experience of working to targets to achieve the agreed pre-qualified new prospect appointments each month.
