Working within the Wholesale Direct sales team, the Account Executive will provide support to Account Directors to ensure that our most important Customers receive the highest level of account management. This will entail dealing with all of the different enquiries that come in from Customers, including pricing requests, moves & changes, billing queries and other ad hoc requests. The role is therefore ideal for someone who is looking to move into a Telecoms sales environment and learn the fundamentals of sales. Key tasks Provide pricing support to Account Directors and engage with Customers to ensure that pricing requests are properly qualified and responded to. To ensure that standard quotations and orders are placed via the Live Quote portal wherever possible and provide support to Customers when required Provide assistance to Account Directors with the management of out of contract circuit estates Deal with upgrades, moves, changes, ceases and other ad hoc requests as requested by Customers Provide Customers with billing support as required by liaising with the relevant billing and credit control functions To become the subject matter expert for ethernet and optical pricing and provide support across the team as required What do I need? Proven experience working in a Telecoms environment ideally with some direct engagement with Customers An understanding of the core connectivity products in the Neos portfolio, including optical, ethernet services, managed internet access and cloud connect. Good analytical skills with the ability to understand revenue, costs and margin Good verbal and written communication skills The ability to work across the organisation to seek support when required Experience of using a Sales CRM tool would be helpful Personal Attributes Highly organised, disciplined, and professional with the ability to work accurately to demanding timeframes.
