BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - MANAGED IT SERVICES
Location: Ringwood
Base Salary: £40,000 + Uncapped Commission (OTE circa £70,000).

The Role
In line with our ambitious plans for the future, we are seeking an experienced, dynamic Business Development Manager to spearhead our continued growth. This is primarily a “hunter” role which will appeal to an individual who thrives on the cut and thrust of acquiring new customers. There will be no limit on earnings potential. We offer an attractive commission package on top of a salary of £40,000 per annum.
The Candidate
We are seeking candidates who have a demonstrable track record of achievement in new business sales for an established MSP or related business. You may have started life in Inside Sales but have subsequently accumulated 3-4 years of experience in field sales. You will have the energy and hunger required to exceed personal targets and objectives. Equally, you will have acquired a level of technical competence which will allow you to be credible with IT-savvy buyers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Full sales cycle management from prospecting to deal closure.
2. Territory development and prospecting.
3. Pipeline building and management.
4. Solution design in collaboration with the technical team.
5. Proposal creation and presentation.
6. Adherence to monthly performance/activity KPIs.
Required Experience
1. Proven track record in B2B technology sales.
2. Experience selling managed services or similar recurring revenue products.
3. Strong network in the region.
4. History of achieving £500K+ annual targets.
5. Experience selling to C-level executives.
6. Understanding of IT services and cloud solutions.

Remuneration
1. Base salary of £40,000 per annum.
2. Uncapped commission earnings potential.
