Job Title: Assistant Management Accountant

Hours: 40 hours per week
As an Assistant Management Accountant, you will be working as an integral part of the Finance team, gaining further experience and knowledge within a busy working environment.
Responsibilities:
* Creation of monthly internal trading transactions
* Production of monthly reports to be included within the period end accounts
* Detailed overhead analysis
* Consolidation of the month end accounts
* Ensure all income and costs are accurately entered in line with the company costing structures
* Any ad-hoc duties as required by the department
Requirements and Qualifications
Requirements:
* Excellent communication and time management skills
* The ability to maintain and develop good relationships with both internal (Commercial, Delivery, and Support Teams) and external (Clients and Suppliers) stakeholders
* The ability to prioritise workloads and to work to a high standard of accuracy
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a busy and demanding environment
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team to ensure all deadlines and targets are met
* Strong computer skills including experience of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint) is essential
* A flexible and ‘can do’ attitude is required
Qualifications:
The successful candidate will be educated to GCSE level (or equivalent) grades A–C, 9-6 including English and Maths and will have previously worked within a finance environment.
